Research Findings
Neither the customer nor the taxi driver likes to fight for money. The purpose of the app was to integrate a payment platform and accurately track the amount to be sent for fair fares, taxi rides, and accurate receipts, among other things.
Purpose of The Project
The aim of this project was to create an app that helps people book taxis through the app and get a comfortable ride with just a few clicks. This version of the mobile application has GPS which automatically finds your location at that time and you have to call the taxi after entering the destination.
Sketching for Visual Design
The design of the application and the integration of all the functions requested by the client posed a great challenge. Our developers had to ensure that the app has an easy to use interface that can be used by both the customer and the taxi driver, while providing useful functionality for both. The app also included map integration for better route options, automatic fare calculation, and payment gateway integration. Ultimately, the GPS integration needs to be powerful enough so that customers and taxi drivers can locate each other when needed.
App User Interface Design
When the structure was approved, we started working on the layout of the UI elements. We review features, filter by service item to encourage experienced drivers, and filter untrained drivers. To improve the end user experience, we have incorporated features such as the ability to choose cabin type, number of passengers, etc.
CRAFTING THE EXPERIENCE
Mapping is one of the basic flows of the application which gave us an idea of how the user moves through the application within each flow. We take this as a sitemap and finally start creating all the screens of the app.
MONITORING THE PIPELINE ACTIVITY
We have become committed to the concept of compiling extensive research that can provide the customer with plenty of market information. To solve this problem, we implement and monitor pipeline activity throughout the process.
Wireframes
As always, in order to formulate a solution, one must first understand the problem. Although the task was to create a taxi finder app, it was very important to do some research at the pre-booking stage and after booking.
Final Product
This project was a huge success because we were able to integrate many features that worked perfectly in a very short time. The app was not only useful for customers and drivers, but also provided billing transparency, ensuring that unreasonable taxi fare became a thing of the past.

The final product was delivered successfully within the decided time frame.

What We Identified?
We have created an application that works with real-time data and scenarios, the displayed value must be set beforehand. Otherwise, passengers will try to negotiate with the rider and a lot of time will be wasted on both sides.
