Potafo had already established itself as one of Kozhikode's trusted local food delivery brands. However, its previous application suffered from slow performance, frequent crashes, poor user experience, and scalability issues that affected customer satisfaction. Rather than making small improvements to the existing application, Softkingo completely reimagined the platform. Our team designed and developed an entirely new mobile application with a modern architecture, improved speed, simplified ordering experience, and robust backend infrastructure capable of supporting thousands of concurrent users. Today, Potafo enables users to order food from over 500 restaurants while also providing grocery, fresh fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, and daily essentials through Potafo Mart—all within a single application.
